- We only accept returns in the following cases:-
- Item is Defective (Please attach relevant pictures in reply).
- Wrong Size Delivered (Other than the one has been requested).
- Please mall all the valid return requests within 5 working days of receiving your product by dropping us an email on [email protected] or Whatsapp us on +91 90797-68931
- The item should be in its unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and original condition.
- Once we ship the order, it can not be cancelled.
- Valid returns will be issued in the form of store credits only.
- We do not have a return pickup facility hence the packet has to be sent back by the customer to our address itself.
- Courier refund of maximum amount Rs 50/- would be given to the customer in case of exchange subject to the courier receipt.
- Minor damages like tassels, borders, stones, etc. might happen during transit are not covered under return/exchange policy.
- There might be a minor (10%-12%) colour difference between the actual product and the pictures shown due to screen resolution issues. Please do not ask for an exchange in this scenario.
- Products on Sale/Discounts or purchased using any sorts of Coupon Codes will not be eligible for Size Exchange & Returns.
- International orders will not be eligible for Size Exchange & Returns.
All valid returns would be provided in the form of store credits only.
SIZE EXCHANGE
We hope your Laddu Gopal gets the correct fits & loves our products always, and never needs to come to this page.
But in the extremely rare case that you do, here is our Size Exchange policy:
- In case another size is required than the one ordered for the same product:
- Please send back the dress or the product to our address on the below mentioned address, we do not provide reverse pickup facility.
- Do insert a slip inside the packet mentioning your contact details and the required size.
- A new dress will be delivered in 2-4 working days after we receive it and the returned dress passes the quality check by our team.
- The dress returned would be exchanged with the same dress or product with different size (subject to the availability in stock).
Shipping charges will be charged in exchange procedure according to below given calculation:
| Order value less than 699 | Rs 50 will be charged |
| Greater than 699 | Rs 100 will be charged |
| Greater than 1499 | Rs 150 will be charged |
| COD | Rs 50 will be charged extra |
Make advance payment for shipping charges after getting information from our side about the product. In case of COD extra Rs 50 extra will be charged.
